Hello everyone, I have a 2002 Yamaha f40 with problematic carburetors I have done some research and I want to do the jet swap from a f25. #95 to #112 and from #40 to #50 jet. Has anyone ever done this before? I have the carbs apart and I'm ready to order the jets which seem quite expensive from Yamaha and I have found them on jetsrus for the keihin. My question is has anyone ever crossed referenced the Yamaha part number to this site and knows which ones I should order? any help would be much appreciated.

It didn't run well before I got it but the top carb was seized when I got it and putting them in an ultrasonic tomorrow but from what I've read the jets on the F40 cause problems.

If you can't find the right ones you can drill out the ones you have now, although if it doesn't work you need to buy the stock ones again. Drilling allows you to go up in small steps, buying the right bits may be easier and cheaper than finding the jets.
