I have a 2002 evinrude Ficht 200 hp and recently developed problem starting. I have a good battery and from what I can see good terminal connections from battery to motor. When I turn the ignition the starter turns but fails to engage the flywheel as if it is not getting enough "juice" from the battery. Additionally, my tilt function is slow to no go. I am able to jumpstart the engine by putting jumper cables directly on the starter leads. I am thinking that there is a problem with the soleniod. Any ideas?
