2003 150 TXRB 2 Stroke Starting Problem

Just had the carbs rebuilt on my 150 2 stoke and I thought it was running perfect. If I run the boat for 30 mins or so and shut it off for several minutes, it will not start back up until it sits for about 15 - 20 mins. Is this carb related, or something different? Could the carbs need adjustment after the rebuild? Any help greatly appreciated/

carbs should have been adjusted correctly when it left.
I would take it back.

thank you rodbolt. I actually did take it back and my service tech was very good about getting my boat right back in. Only problem is, he could not get the boat to not start. Could have been something I did. Only time will tell. I appreciate the feedback.
