Hi all, I have a 2003 Merc 4 stroke 40. It has a belt on top that I assume is a timing belt. I had my cover off to check the oil and for some reason I pushed on the belt and it seemed loose to me. I took the top cover off and noticed there is no way to tighten it. Does this belt normally have alot of play in it? I bought this engine new and it doesn't have many hours on it.
