2003 bayliner 1750

hey guys, i know, i know, have heard all the knocks on the old bayliners. but i have been researching this boat heavily and am getting big thumbs up. this one has the 3.0 mercruiser with alpha 1 drive. everyone is telling me this motor is bulletproof. any opinions?? i listen to you guys alot. thanks

Hi Millerpdt,<br />I promise not to knock the Bayliner, but I think I would upgrade to the 4.3L. It will probably come with power steering or if you add it later you will want the added horsepower.
