2003 mercury 115 efi 4 stroke

I just bought this motor, it has been sitting in a field for 3 years, I cleaned it all up,hooked juice to it and it will only run if I squirt fuel through the air intake. fuel is coming in to to filter and out of the fuel pump. can anybody tell me where to look next. thanks

What is the fuel pressure on the fuel rail? Possible fuel pump failure with the fuel pump in the VST tank.

Who leaves an 8 yr. old motor sitting in a field for 3 years? Check fuel lines for deterioration, replace filters, clean injectors and test both fuel pumps

There is a schrader valve on the end of the fuel rail, if I push on it , no fuel comes outwhith the motor running or not, there is also a schrader vavle on what looks like the regulator, no fuel comes out of it either.

High pressure electric fuel pump is bad/stuck....
