I have a 2003 9.9 bigfoot mercury 4-stroke with a little over 5 hrs on it, It's getting hard to start, has trouble idleing and cuts out and dies when I try to open the accelerator, Iv'e always added fuel stabilizer to it and feel it's a fuel issue. Any suggestions?
