As far as I know, they're only available to dealers from the factory. You need the Merc software to be able to use them. I never have, myself. The books are much more convenient on the bench. You can get a variety of aftermarket paper manuals. Maybe check to see if Seloc or Clymer offer CD versions. I'm sure they have websites. More possibilities...Chilton's, Intertec, Haynes. Not all offer outboard manuals.<br /><br />Seloc does have a CD version, not sure it'll cover 2003. How'd the antivenilation plate repair work out?
