My friend's 2004 75hp Mercury has begun to stall when running at speed. He was told by local dealer's mechanic that there had been a recall for a deteriorating fuel hose. He changed fuel hose, priming bulb, and fuel filter but the problem persists. Is anyone aware of such a recall or has anyone experienced a similar problem?
