2004 Evinrude Ficht( No Power to Switch/Gauges)

I do not understand what is going on with my port motor when I turn the key nothing happens no gauges for port side and no trim and tilt at shifter on port side.Everything is working fine on starboard side.I check the trim and tilt at the motor and it working fine.I read the Manuel and tested main relay and in line 20 amp fuse and number 5 in electrical panel all have 12 volts. The boat has sat for 1 month never had this problem before.If anyone has input that would be great.BTW all Batterys are checked POS and GRD.

I found out that the fuse #7 has 12v not #5 and when I test the main relay the 85 has no voltage but 30 has 12v.I checked the other motor and 85 and 30 has 12v. The wire color is purple on number 85 of main power relay.Also the trim and tilt does work on the shifters.Any Ideas?
