2004 Johnson outboard helppppp!!!!!!!!

Hello, I have a 2004 Johnson 90 hp 2 stroke with an issue. The problem is that it is not getting up to full speed it goes about 32 mph at 4,000 rpms and it is not getting on a plane as quickly as usual. I did notice that the idle bleed hose is spitting out fuel into the air silencer. The strange thing is that I had a leak in my fuel line and it ran absolutely perfect without any prime. Now that I fixed the fuel line,it seems like the engine is getting too much fuel. Anyone have any ideas?

Maybe the float is sticking allowing fuel to come directly from the fuel pump instead of sipping what it needs.
