2004 Johnson outboard no spark

Hello I have a 2004 Johnson 90 hp outboard PLSrr that has no spark. I have figured out that when you pull the ignition harness from the Powerpack. It will spark again and run fine I went to the keyswitch and removed just the kill switch the black and yellow wire and no spark. only when the whole harness is removed will it run also the outboard will not shut off by key when running! What do you guys think it is ?

Check all your wiring from the power pack to the key switch for anything being loose or grounded.

Nothing is loose

How about the black/yellow wire being grounded ??

I couldn't see anywhere it was grounded its hard to tell. I did get voltage readings the red/yellow wire was grounded, the white was grounded, the black/yellow has .7v the brown wire has .6 v. Anyone who can help would be extreamly appreciated
