We just purchased a 2004 Larson 330 with dual Volvo Penta 5.0GXI-E. We have been having a lot of fun with it but have some questions.
Where is the valve to secure fuel from the tanks to the engines? The Stbd engine needs a new fuel pump and before I start I need to find that valve. Found the fuel pump on Amazon for only $174 instead of $1000. I'm either going to be lucky or upset when it arrives tomorrow.
Where is the fuse box located? First time anchoring I put the anchor down enjoyed a nice day but when we went to get underway the windlass wouldn't engage so I'm assuming that I blew a fuse.

Larson was a “entry level” boat. So you might not have fuel valves. Follow the fuel line from the pump to the tank to find out.

There is a fuse box on each engine for that engine. There will be another fuse box at the dash for the boat stuff. The windlass is an option so most likely it will have it’s fuses near the switches. A few of the inexpensive boats like to put the windlass fuse up by the windlass in the anchor locker where you have to hang upside down to see it and it’s almost impossible to reach it. Sometimes it will be behind the dash. Depends on if you have dash switch, deck switches or both.

Hope the fuel pump works for you and doesn’t cause damage. We have a saying in the boat business. “You rarely get quality that you didn’t pay for”

But I do understand the lure of cheap, been burned by it many times myself.
