Im looking to possibly repower my boat. I have a 17'4" aluminum bass boat with 90hp merc elpto. Im looking at a 115 opti. or a 115 merc elpto. How much of a speed diff would I be looking at? Right now unloaded I can get 42mph and loaded 38- 39mph. And Will all my current controls work? My main reason for the swap is for more speed. id like to be in the mid 50's
