2004 mercury 115hp what prop pitch should i get?

like the title says what pitch should i get for a prop on my new 2004 mercury 115hp outboard. the motor is on an 18 foot stratos
i want a good hole shot good mid range and descent top end.
quick response would be appreciated because the lake will be clear in 3 weeks.

if i had to guess i would say 19 but more important you need to acheive the correct wide open throttle rpms so your not lugging the motor which is ussually going to be 5500-6000 lugging meaning to much gas per revolution
