2004 Sea Boss 180 or 1998 Aquasport 175

Hey all! trying to decide between a 2004 Sea Boss 180 with a 2004 Johnson 115 hp 4-stroke and a 1998 Aquasport 175 with a 1998 Evinrude 90 hp 2-stroke. Both hulls seem to be in good shape and Compression on both engines are good. The Aquasport has some soft spots on the deck. Cost for each are around $6K. Any suggesions?

Really depends on the type of boating you plan on doing.The Aquasport is a better made boat hands down.I dont like soft spots because it sometimes dictates what type of care the boat has had over the years and they dont get any better with gae..Sea Boss is built under several names and is decent at best.Newer motor is always a plus and if you are in calmer waters and not expecting to be taking a pounding ,I would go with the newer even though less quality
