2004 Sun Tracker Vinyl Floors Starting To Crack

I own a 2004 Sun Tracker Fishin Barge. Im starting to notice tiny cracks in the Vinyl Floors. The Wood is in excellent shape.

Does the old vinyl need to be scraped off or can some Rubberised Coating be applied.

I will be glad to accept any and all input on this.
