2004 Volvo Penta leaks after new gimbal bearing and U-joint assembly installed

I have a 2004 four winns 264 funship with the 5.7 Volvo penta duo-prop

just had seasonal maintenance done on it, oil change, out drive oil, gimbal bearing, and u-joint assembly replaced.
took out the boat for the first time after reapairs and now it’s leaking water. No don’t think it’s the bellows but pulling them off tomorrow to confirm.

my mechanic said based on a video I took that it could be the exhaust bullnose ? Or something besides the bellows.
anyone have input ?

Quick, get the water out of the bellows before you need new UJ's and gimbal.
