Hi Folk's, I bought a barely used motor this spring and took it into the local Yamaha dealer for analysis/tune up etc.The dealer told me it was in excellent shape, changed the oil & plugs and basically told me it was "as new". I was told by the previous owner that it had about 2 tanks of fuel thru it before he bought a bigger boat and motor. I have had a real pain getting this motor to start every morning that I have used it this season..(It is pretty cold up here about 40 F in the AM).I checked the oil and noticed it was quite black, took it in for a change and changed plugs. Hard to start this weekend, about 20 pulls to get it to light up and then it runs like a top..The oil is quite black again after 3 hours of use....I am unsure what to do now and don't really think that the shop I took it to is the place for a solution...Any ideas???? Thanks

get the owners manual and review your starting procedure.
