I have a pontoon boat for family outings and it started smoking black from the exhaust. it mi8s running real rich at very low speed.after you get it going it clears out and runs ok.i cleaned all 3 carbs and checked diaphrams in the pump.i cant find where it would cause rich fuel at isle and low speed. can anyone help me with this.
