Was Going To Go Fishing Today, Got Down To The Pier And Tried To Start My Boat. It Started But Was Running Really Rough, I Thought It Was Just Cold, Then I Tried To Put It In Gear And Gave Some Trottle, The Engine Died.got It Restarted. Got The Boat On The Trailer. I Then Took It To The Wash Rack And Tried To Start The Engine. It Wouldn't Start. Itried A Couple More Times And The Same Thing

Go to the Engine FAQs Forum, Kai. Do the tests in "Outboard won't start". Let us know what you find.

Got The Boat Started, It Was The Vent On The Fuel Tank. But Now The Seems To Be Running Rough,don't Know What Would Cause This Problem ..

??? Does the engine seem to run smoother when you pull the choke out or put your hand over the air intake.If so your problem is most likley in the carb.They run on the lean side and are very prone to internal clogging.This is a good time to check the gas for water and dirt,just pump some into a clear container with the primer bulb.

Now The Engone Does't Start And Isn't Throwing Any Codes. It's Electronic Fuel Injection

Take it into a dealer and let them use their laptop to determine the problem.

Did'nt know it was efi,check the gas anyway.

I Think I Found The Problem Its In The Vst !!! Did Anyone Ever Have Any Problems With Thiers ?? Any The Dealer Here Are Crooks And Can't Be Trusted !!!
