Hole in #2 cylinder head to cooling jacket. Water in all cylinders. Mostly clogged exhaust cooling channels. If I buy a complete Remanufactured Engine will I be able to install it in my 2005 Bayliner 175 whole or will I need to break it down to install?

Guess I'm not fully understanding your question. Motors are installed in boats when new as a complete motor.
Why do you think you may have to install in pieces?

thanks for the response. I just figured bayliner installed the motor before putting the hull top on. I'd love to drop in a ready to go motor and not worry about adjusting valves and timing, etc. If my block didn't have 15 years of salt water use, I'd probably bolt a new head, manifold and riser on and save $$.

Things can be a bit tight, and don't know what needs to be removed if anything, but should not be that hard. I have to hang upside down to remove and install the motor on my Formula, but still takes just a few hours
