2005 johnson 9.9 that has been sitting

A guy I met has a 16ft Jon Boat that he bought new in 2005 along with a new 2005 johnson 9.9 that he is selling due to health reasons. He has had the boat in the water 2 times with a trolling motor but the 9.9 hasn't been started or ran since 2005 when he bought it new. He said the dealer winterized it before him taking possession of it. The engine does look like new but what problems am I looking at if I decide to make an offer. I know seals dry out and sitting isnt the best thing for any engine. He said I could hear it run before buying but I'm not too sure he realizes it might not be that simple. Any advise or cautions? If it was stored with the carburetor empty you just need to install a new water pump impeller and roar down the lake !!----Yes it is that simple.

Wouldnt need to worry about any seals drying out from sitting for 15 yrs?

Do not worry about any seals.----This stuff is high quality.-----Is this a 2 stroke or 4 stroke Suzuki built motor.-----Model # is ?

It is the 4 stroke I believe made by suzuki. Are they decent motors?

I have a 1997 Suzuki version of that.--------Motor " looks good cosmetically "-------Flywheel does not turn.------Picked it up for parts for very little coins.------Shops do not want to look at fixing / doing major work on small motors.
