I have a 2005 Mercury 60hp 2-stroke 3 cyl. outboard that cranks and runs fine at idle or low rpms but when I increase throttle and boat to plane it stalls and shuts off, then is very hard to crank, if it cranks at all. I have replaced all fuel filters, hoses, bulb and drained the carbs and sprayed carb cleaner. All this still had no effect, it still stalls. I'm at a loss here.
