Hi guys,
I hit a rock over the weekend and damaged my prop, I ordered a new prop to replace. It was a slow troll with the 115 Optimax. Little skeg damage but not too bad, impact wasn't hard either.
I have searched all the beep codes but there is nothing listed for two beeps.
The regular check beep when I turn the key to position one has always been there and the manual states that this is normal. But now as soon as I crank it and the engine starts, it beeps once more.
Nothing else after that, I have waited 10 minutes idling. Water is peeing from the hole, and this is when the engine is cold, (so I dont think its an overheat alarm)
It only started doing it after I bumped the rock and broke my prop. I tried removing the prop and starting the engine in the water, and it also makes two beeps.
Any idea what the second beep means? Perhaps it means there is a stored code, or needs to be cleared?
Any help would be appreciated.
Thank you,
