2005 Yamaha 225 wiring

I have the owner's & service manuals - is there an installation manual? I'm considering re-wiring my three battery banks, and I'd like to understand what the motor electrical connections are supposed to be. Specifically, how are the primary and aux alternator outputs wired.

in 05 there were several versions of a yamaha V6, we need a model number to identify which one you have.
the primary output is wired to the positive battery cable at the start relay.
the aux or isolated output is wired to a blank connector awaiting a rigger that even knew it existed.
you will need a connector,the correct sized wire for the length of the wire run and a 50 amp fuse.
