2005 Yamaha 300hp salt water 2 stroke

3 weeks on this new motor on a Carolina Skiff Offshore engine ran fine at first but now it dies the second it starts and I let my fingers off thekey It will start every single time but wont stay running Both Boat and Motor are new any suggestions not very easy to bring back to dealer but will if I have no other choice Thanks

look at the engine water seperator. look to see if the black ring is floating. if it is take a sample of fuel or just drain the vapor seperator to look for particles. also carefully inspect the plugs for fouling.
