2005 Yamaha V150TLRD

I just purchased a 2005 Yamaha VMax V150TLRD and would like to know what the top RPM (WOT) is for this motor.

wot range is 4500-5500 rpm

Thanks for your help. I've been told that there should be a rev limiter but this has me wondering. The prop that was on the boat was really worn and when I would open the throttle up I was getting around 5700 rpm with no limiter activating.

I have since changed props and reach around 5400 rpm with a really good hole shot and some incredible speed.

If the max is at 5500 rpm, then it sounds like I lucked out and found the right prop.

Any manuals recommended?
