Okay, confirmed no power is getting to the fuse box. None of the switches power on because of this. All of the inline fuses are good, if I take some wire and connect to the battery and the other end to the terminal end at the box and everything works. I was told there is a resetable circuit breaker back where the batteries are. I have yet to find this.

Welcome to iboats!:welcome:

Start at the battery positive terminal. There should be a 10 or 8 gauge wire attached. Within a foot or so there should be a circuit breaker or fuse.

:welcome: stealthmanx2. good having you join us... :thumb:

Well from reading your comment, seems you have located your problem. And that is the wire running from your battery to the switch panel. Now you have to trace that wire through where ever it goes to find where the disconnect occurs. And that if probably simpler to say then accomplish. But before you get to frustrated, try removing the wire at the switch panel and cleaning both the positive AND negative connections until they are bright and shiny and reinstall them and see if you have power. Because if you can't see any fuse or circuit breaker at the battery, then the most probable situation is corroded connections. Also clean the connections at the battery as well. Again both positive AND negative. And see what happens. And don't just look at the fuses, test them. Looks are deceiving and can cause a lot of unnecessary work. You just may solve your problem...

The circuit breaker or fuse would be located in the positive lead within a foot of the positive battery terminal. That breaker may not be a resettable type but rather an auto-reset type that has ultimately failed to reset.

Thanks for the welcomes fellas. I have located 3 inline fuses and one ATC style. 2 of the 3 inline (one on each battery) go to the battery charger. The third inline goes to an extra bilge the guy had installed. He did this in case he wasn't around and it rained, this would automatically come on. I will say I did find the ATC style fuse blown, but have replaced it. That and it goes to the battery for the engine, so not sure how it would affect this. With that said, shouldn't there be one that I am overlooking? One specifically off the positive wire going up to the fuse box? Battery terminals and connections have been cleaned. Like I said before, the switches turn the lights, bilge, aeroator, and recirc on if I take two wires and bypass the ones currently connected. So that tells me there's another fuse I cannot see or both wires have a break.
I appreciate the help as I am super excited about this boat as it's my first "real" boat. It's a 2006 but looks brand new, guy who owned it kept excellent care of it. Came with a Lowrance 522I, 5 life vests, 2 ski's (don't think I'll use them) and upgraded trailer with disc brakes. 90HP Merc purr's like a kitty cat. No tears in seats and carpet is in excellent condition.

Were you able to determine that there is actually a wire from the positive battery terminal to the fuse panel? If so, are there any splices in that wire, like where a fuse holder connects? That is a possible point of failure.

I haven't had the oportunity to check because of the weather, but the wires coming off the front battery go to the fuse. Once the rain stops I plan on pulling the wires out of the conduit.

So started messing with everything and apparently the 20 Amp fuse that I replaced is the circuit breaker as the red wire that hooks to the front battery wraps around and splices in with the back battery. Before I got too indepth I replaced that fuse again and everything worked. Put it the same one in again and it worked, so either bad connection or I might have to replace the receptacle.
