2006 F200TXR won't shut off

Could someone give me a trouble shoot list so I can figure out why the motor won't shut off when ignition is keyed off?

check continuity between battery ground and the black wire at the key switch,check continuity between black and white at the key switch with key off, check continuity from the key switch white to the white at the ECU.
