For some reason there seems to be a restriction where the fuel enters the carb. There is plenty of fuel at the carb, [the fuel bulb on the hose is rock hard with pressure] but fuel will not enter. Even after removing the float and needle from the carb, there appears to be some kind of blockage. The fuel fitting and the needle seat, appear to be pressed into the body of the carb itself. One cannot blow air through there with a short piece of fuel hose attached to the fitting. Not sure what to do next...

Any suggestions would be great! Thanks.

Sorry to ask...but are you sure there is fuel getting to the carb ? As in, if you push your finger nail into the quick connect fitting...you get fuel squirting out ? My thinking simple hat on head, is screaming out that the primer bulb or whole fuel line from tank may be going the wrong way ? These are uni directional. Just thought I’d ask.
