My dealer has a 2006 Yamaha 60 Yamaha four stroke, it's been overheated, and the block shows some discoloration around cylinders 2 & 3... It's an outboard jet, and I've been looking for one of these. they say they took it apart and put new rings in it and it is good to go... BAD decision to purchase? They say it wasn't locked up, just got hot and wore the rings. what is everyones input on that? they want 3,750 for it also. too much? seems like top dollar to me...
