2007 70hp Yamaha idles rough and has no power

The motor sat up for 6 months. It is a bit cold natured and when it does start it idles rough and will bog down when under a load. I poured out the old gas added fresh. When I sprayed carb cleaner in the carbs, especially the bottom carb it seemed to clean up but gets rough again. Any help would be appreciated.

rebuild/clean your carbs. also replace fuel filters, change gear case oil and water pump impeller and t-stat

Spraying cleaner into the throat of a carb will not do anything to help, you need to get it inside the carb where the plugging is.
pull disassemble and clean properly. And then follow the manuals instructions on link and sync after reinstalling carbs
