2008 Fountain 23CC

Hey, I'm looking at buying one of these boats and am trouble figuring how much it's worth. NADA does not list this model.
- 2008 Fountain center console
250hrs, average condition, standard equipment, twin 200hp opti mercs, with trailer. Does anybody have an idea what it might worth? Any thoughts or opinions about this boat are welcome too. - thanks

I cant offer you with any value on that boat, but I will share your excitement, I have always loved the lines on a fountain, and to my knowledge, they are very well built high-end boats. We have some nice ones on the lakes in Michigan, and I seem to remember the new price exceeded $3K per foot on a boat like this new. Not sure if that is still the case. Got any pictures?

That would be a nice expensive boat. I'd guess at least $40K.

I was in the market for a 22-25 ft offshore boat. I ended up with a high end 24 foot boat that is an '02. IMO, that boat should be in the $70k range.

Look up the boat as a 2007. A lot of people think the year they buy the boat is the year of the boat. A '07 23CC with twin 175s has an average retail of $57.8k. Add a few thousand for the low hour 200s plus a trailer.

Wholesale high $60,750
Retail $73,000

Boat came standard with twin 175's. Add for the motor upgrade but that's a hard one to put a $ amount on. That is for average condition w/ tandem axle trailer. Add 15-20% for excellent.

Thanks for the info. Glad to know there is another company (ABOS) providing boat values. My gut tells me those figures maybe a little high, given the market. If a deal is made, I will post pics of the boat and some of the first catch. Thanks again
