I’m replacing the starter on my 2009 Bayliner 185. The two bolts that hold the starter on are not coming off. It’s hard to get to them, and they won’t seem to budge. Does anyone have tips for removing them?

Ayuh,..... Welcome Aboard,..... They're upside-down, so be sure to turn 'em the right way,......

Also, sometimes one of the flex plate bolts can interfere with getting a socket on one of the starter bolts.

I got the bolts and starter out now. Working on getting it put back in but the bolt on the left (when facing the motor) is being stubborn.
