I have a 200HP Merc, 1989 model, it will trim up but not down. I have three different locations of trim switches, one on steering wheel, one at front panel, one on console shifter handle. Neither one will trim the engine down. I can jump across the solenoid with a screwdriver (across the two relay terminals) and it will trim down. Does it have a fuse for the down and up trims?
