2010 4.3 tks oil filter question

Does anyone know if the oil filter on a 4.3 tks will cross to a fram, wix, or another parts house brand? Or maybe even a filter for an automotive style 4.3. If so are there any downsides to this? Thanks for your input.

Ayuh,.... If it's the remote mount, Napa can cross the number on yer old 1, to the Napa filter, which is a rebadged Wix filter....

If it's a block mounted filter, Ya, it's the same 1 used on automotive motors...
