Same year, same pump, same problem. Depending on when you had this pump changed you could still have the old design.
they changed the manifold on the back of the pump post production. Volvo and i had a few choice conversations about quality and long story short I got the replacement for free. I digress..... but if all four hydraulic lines come out the back than its the old design and likely bad again, if two come out the back and two come out the sides its the new style pump.
Quick fix and worth trying is remove the cap on the fill reservoir and cycle the pump with the cap open. It will make a mess but will allow the air to escape just ensure you refill it every time you cycle it as to prevent it from running low and pumping more air.
