2010 Tahoe 195 deck boat engine swap questions

Looking at buying a 2010 Tahoe 195 deck.. I am told it needs a longblock, froze during winter.. Looking at pictures, the access looks minimal at best. Anyone have experience with this swap? Major hurdles? It is a 4.3L Mercruiser..

I would purchase a complete longblock and swap over...

Any and all tips, suggestions, warnings appreciated! Thanks!

Why buy a problem, if you can buy a running boat? By the time you are done you will be replacing the long block, exhaust system, any coolers for the p/s or fuel system, the total bill just for parts could well exceed 6 grand then there's the cost of pulling the old engine and installing the new. If you are able to do the swap yourself that's one thing, if not forget it. Plus a Tahoe is not a high quality boat. I looked at them at a boat show a few years back and the deck was real flexy and overall the quality was poor.
