Purchased this boat this weekend. During the test drive at the dealer everything worked fine. I got it home and the batteries were 5 yrs old so I purchased and installed 2 new ones. Took it out today for my first run and I don't have power to the accessory switches, nav lights, cockpit lights, speakers, blower, horn.... etc. I pulled both batteries and re-did all of those connections. I checked the inline fuses on the accessory power wires at the battery and all were good.
Anyone have any ideas where to look for my problem? It's strange to me that my entire bank of accessory switches is down the radio speakers are down. Many many thanks in advance.

Probably left a wire off (+ or -), look around it there somewhere
Where there anymore then one wire on each battery terminal?
Also grounds on bats will be connected together

I presume that is a MerCruiser stern drive motor? Sometimes the boat wiring is completely separate from the engine harness. So you may have left off a wire the batteries that powers the boat. Almost always the bilge pumps are wired separately.

MerCruisers (if that is what you have), often have a circuit breaker on the motor. They are large amperage, and power the starter and can power the boat as well. I presume that is working?

You did check the fuses under the dashboard, right? You did look under the dashboard for wires that pulled off the fuse block?

So strange. Yes, I verified that everything that came off the battery went back on (took before pics). Yes, I've looked at every fuse I can find (inline at the battery and behind the dash).... I think I caused the problem by switching the batteries but it's not rocket science and I'm 100 pct that it went back together the way it was when I found it.
It has a Bravo 3.
The boat ran well for me all day... I just don't have any of those accessories.
If you guys have any ideas I'm grateful. It's gottta be something simple.

If there isn't an accessory switch I don't know, and normally the blower and Nav lights wouldn't be on an extra switch

Thinking you have a house and a start Bat maybe follow the house bat wiring to where ever it goes

Solved. My last boat was a 1989 Rinker. This one has a new-fangled fuse that I didn't recognize how it worked. So.... thanks for y'alls help. Cheers!
