225 heads

I have 2 questions. Is it possible for one head to run hotter than the other due to a salt buildup on that side? Does anyone know the part number for the heads that came on a 1991 evinrude 225pxeic? was there more than one head for this particular year?

check your t-stats.<br />-<br />head part #'s from the 'EI' preliminary edition parts catalog.<br />#433512 - 185hp<br />#397860 - 200/225hp<br />-<br />the final edition could have updated part #s.<br />along with service updates on the motor.
