225 OX66 Bogging Down

i tried to go out this weekend but when i went to power up to go on plane the motor would bog down then try to come up only to bog down again. I was able to make it back to the dock running at about 1000 rpm with no problem.
i changed the fuel water sep filter. found a little dirt in it but replaced it. Still the same thing. I also checked the small bowl filter on the engine, it was clean. I did notice that E-10 gas is now in our area, could that have something to do with it. i was going to check the vst filter next, i dont know just trying anything.

go into the vst, you'll probably find the filter plugged with a very fine powder substance. replace the filter with a new one.

i went through the e10 problems in 2006 with a 250ox66 and wound up with issues with the anti-siphon valve at the tank, the low pressure fuel pumps and the vst filter. i still wind up having to keep an eye on the lp pumps and clean the vst filter more frequent than before e10.
