So I did something dumb and need to replace my prop. It's beyond repair, just to say the least...lol

I have done a search and can't seem to find what I am looking for. I looked up props that will work and the pitches/degrees I don't fully understand. I don't know what pitch I have nor do I know what pitch I need.

I have a tow bar on the pontoon and it pulled a tube fairly well with old prop.

I need some suggestions on which pitch prop to go with for my boat. 24' Harris FloteBoat with 115 HP Johnson.

Please help

Most props, no matter how badly damaged, will show the prop size and/or a part number on it somewhere (not on the blades themselves). It's worth the trouble to have a GOOD look at it to see if you can find that info! If you can't find it, take it with you to the dealer you plan to buy the new prop from and let them have a look for the number.

I finally had time to get the prop off the motor.

Part #391668 14x13

I have looked online and did a couple searches. What I have found is a Solas 2411-138-13 part#.

What my question is, what is the difference between the Solas 2411-138-13 and the 1411-138-31 props? When I did a parts search and replacement search for the OEM prop I found a few.

What other items will I need to be looking for to make sure the prop mounts properly. Such as hubs or bushing or etc.... It seems that my prop is the OEM, so would Solas be a direct slide on and bolt down replacement?
