25 hp merc cooling

when running theres a steady stream of water coming out a hose by the head theres also a little bit of water coming out the back of the engine out of some little holes does this sound like proper cooling i didnt know if the water coming out of the rubber hose was correct

yes it sounds right the water is suposed to come out of rubber hose and you will get a little from the exhaust.

oh yea they call that hose the tell tale if you dont see a good stream of water coming out then you know you have a problem with water pump or a blockage. hope this cleared up your concern
