a buddy of mine let me have his old motor it is a 25hp mercury made in 1995 no electric start and when i got it it was running but the first time i took it out it would jump when i ran it full throttle kind of like a sputter every couple of seconds. so that after noon i took the carberator off and cleaned it out i checked for fire (which it had) and reassimbled the motor now it wont crank. When i pulled the rope it would not pull out so i took the plugs out and pulled, and found out the motor was extremely flooded, i removed all the gas and it still would not crank. Any suggeststions???
