1990 25h.p. ran o.k. at idle give it gas in gear it would kill. I put new plugs new fuel pump and cleaned the carb, afterwards I took it out ran better got on plain 10 min. later take it past 1/2 throttle it starts spitting and sputtering then kills. It runs at full throttle when I hold my hand part way over the carb. also sometimes when running at a fast speed it's like the motor kicks into neutral. Thats the part that's really got me worried.
