I own a 1997 25 hp mariner which all of a sudden has a loss of speed it has dropped from 25 miles an hour to 13 as the engine warmed up.I also noticed alot of oil in the botom of the engine housing and under the flywheel.the compression test showed it only has 75 pds in each cylinder please help.........
