was on river labor day, boat running fine. headed to dock at end of day, boat shuts down. tried to restart, no power to starter. got a tow back in. had volts at battery, starter, starter solenoid, and accessories. no volts at ig switch and gages. pulled ig, kill, and neutral safety switch, all ok. got under dash and saw three fuse holders. two fuses ok, one shot. replaced old Buss cartridge fuse, power back on! sometimes problems are caused by the simplest of things. BTW, the fuses do not show up on my seloc or clymer manuals.
