Ran it in a bucket today for the 1st time in a couple years. Water seems to come out of the telltale and other outlet down on the lower unit, but there also seemed to be water that came out at a pretty good pace from the joint at the bottom of the steering shaft. I would never have notices that in the lake as it would be under water. Is is supposed to do that?
