My 2000 25hp Mercury Bigfoot bogs down for a few seconds when at full throttle for about 10 minutes. Then it bogs down about once every few minutes at full throttle after that. It simply slows down several hundred rpms then speeds up again. Helpful hints: Prop might be too much of a speed prop, takes awhile to get up to speed. Could it be causing the motor to slow down if it is hitting weeds or heavier water? Or, could the carb float be out of adjustment? Already changed fuel filter, removed that ball in the gas tank valve, checked air vewnt in tank, checked for leaks, etc.Thanks!
